At PiPi Tea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brew. If your tea arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Our Team

  Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Approval & Labeling

  Once approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to package your tea securely.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; please ensure the tea is in its original, unopened packaging for safety reasons.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
